    Your first year in university can be a fun and exciting time, but it can also come with a set of unexpected challenges which can get a bit overwhelming at times. This workshop is designed to help you connect with other first year students, identify the common challenges first year students tend to face and how best to deal with them, and introduce you to the essentials of what it takes to be successful in university.

This workshop will help you set clear goals, develop an effective action plan, and gain strategies for managing your course work, so you can stay on track all semester and achieve your university goals.
